Blogmas: No7 advent calendar day 18

Dermalogica's Barrier Repair

Definately one for the ladies.... I love the barrier repair from Dermalogica. It's part of their Ultra Calming product system and I found that It definately calms my skin and reducess any redness that is present from agitation or even a small pimple. I bought it specifically because I had two long haul flights in the span of five days - one was a 24 hour leg, of which 23 hours was spent on two planes. The other was a 23 hour leg, of which 22 hours was spent on a plane. Then I finally had another 8 hour flight home another 5 days later. I used the barrier repair on the plane to help keep my skin moisturised and it definately works. I use it under my moisturiser if I feel like my skin has been overly exposed and needs some extra "soothingness" or I use it over my moisturiser and it's a great primer. Having said that, you don't need a moisturiser if you use the barrier repair as it moisturisers sufficiently on it's own. I do it more because my moisturiser is tinted and I need some colour.
