Saw a friend tonight I hadn't seen since before the pandemic. I told them I finally went No Contact with my parents and if they could've, they would've squeezed me to death and spun me around in circles like a tornado until we both puked in pure joy.

i finally did it... I moved the books that had been marked as “currently reading” on goodreads for over a year back to the “want to read” pile...

I can’t tell if I feel relief or like a quitter?
