As much as I'd like to punt Moth Gem into the sun. It's not really fair for people who haven't been hurt by Moth Gem to enact revenge on her without Spider Gem's agency if she even wants all that to happen to Moth since I know how uncomfortable it feels to have someone try to enact some sort of punishment to someone who hurt you sometimes
So, Moth Gem is off the hook.. For now

I mean, yea older siblings sometimes bully their younger siblings, I myself am also guilty of bullying my younger sister but I'd never think of doing the stuff Moth pulls on Spider

The typical "younger siblings can do more than older siblings" can be seen with Fox and Thorniling Gem. Spidey, on the other hand, isn't only a younger sibling like them, she is a "hostile" hybrid
She needs be watched more, she needs to be reminded more, she needs to know that she can't do that stuff. She is singled out and bullied, but not because of her age but because of who she is
Also as a younger sibling I feel like by siblings have more freedom than me so it depends on where you grew up and your family
Honestly spider gem and moth gem remind me of Sammy and Amy from total drama were Amy(moth) is always awful to Sammy (spider) but Amy always pulls the victim card and everyone believes Sammy the awful one when she literally did everything she can to help them -rock
