Geese can be scary and some breeds are more human dependent than others. Check into types and temperaments. I used to be terrified of roosters [I was attacked by one when I was little] and I ended up with a rooster in my batch of chicks. But having him from baby let me build a bond with him and we're besties. So maybe having your goose from a gosling and having one that's meant to be more friendly might help you too.

I mean we would most definitely get a gosling, but my phobia of a geese is because geese are assholes and since we need a goose to be an asshole I don’t see this going well for me at all.

HEY! I have you noted as a content creator, and THANK YOU! I am using the same format that flippy used for RAICES (with her permission lol), just tweaking it a bit for the purposes of this drive. Basically the only difference will be that creators can ALSO do @harringroveweekoflove prompts as a part of this drive! Hi friend! As a fellow adhd sufferer and crafty man, I know that I have a much easier time learning things when I can watch and follow along with someone in real time. If you are also a visual learner, simplydaisy on youtube has a really great series of tutorials from absolute basics to reading patterns to making your own patterns down the line. Hope it's helpful! :)

It is! I’ve actually checked out both of her Crochet for absolute beginners videos. They are extremely helpful so far. Thank you for pointing them out to me. :)

How about fire? (a.k.a. my fav type)

Ahhh one of my fav types too! 

1. Arcanine. Giant, rideable, fire puppy. I mean it was supposed to be a legendary originally! Arcanines are just so handsome, and fluffy, and loyal and this list is going to make it so obvious as to the style of pokemon I like. I love that their so big you can ride them, and imagine the headbutts and nuzzles for cuddles. You’d never be cold again with your own heated fur pile to cuddle into! And they’re so loyal too! As someone who has always wanted a dog and never been able to have one, a giant fire breathing loyal to me puppy is like the dream. In my personal opinion, if James from Team Rocket had just taken Growlie with him and evolved him, Team Rocket would be a lot more badass looking.2. Vulpix. Tiny, cute, based on mythical creature, fire breathing, fox! I just love vulpix, I love how they have a feminine beauty to them, but are so kickass. And they just look so nice, and small enough to cuddle and have in your arms or ride on your shoulder. A lot more acceptable to have a vulpix as your walking buddy than a fully grown arcanine. Vupix are just wonderfully elegant, dainty, and yet can be very powerful and looked over because of their evolution, which I also love, but decided to do only one pokemon from each evolutionary line. 3. Houndoom. I love me some hellhounds. Dark and fire type, super badass, looks like it could curse you as soon as look at you, and that mega form is a great design! Only thing that could have made it better would be if its mega form was some kind of cerberus creature. But houndooms look so angry, but you know they’d be proper puppers looking for a belly rub from their trainers. 4. Quilava. My ultimate favourite starter is cyndaquil, it’s just adorable and so innocent looking until fire burst, and Typhlosion is such a simple design, and I tend to prefer simple designed mons. But Quilava just pips it at the post because of one simple thing; it’s mainly quadrupedal. I like my pokemon to be more animal like, and same as with real creatures I prefer quadrupedal ones. Plus you could cuddle and carry that bubba too. 5. Flareon. I love my eeveelutions, and flareon was my original favourite in pokemon red. It’s just so fluffy, and looks like a softer and less dangerous version of fire. I also like that flareons tend to be characterised as shy, and tentative, it’s a nice counterbalance to the anger associated with fire. 

This got long, but quadrupedal fire puppies are like my jam!

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY OTP!

when I started shipping it if I did: Not until after I’d taken on a few Sharyl prompts on the kinkmeme, ones that were just Shane and Daryl interaction since they had so little. Then it grew, and grew, and suddenly I was writing WOD even if nobody else shipped it. my thoughts: They just make me so happy. It’s complicated, it’s raw, it’s about finding what works in this new world and finding someone to trust in it. What makes me happy about them: Size difference. The actors themselves are total sluts for each other. The complete opposites they had in their roles before and after the apocalypse. The fact it took the end of the world for Shane to break, but the same situation only made Daryl stronger. There’s just so much to explore, and it doesn’t hurt that the actors aren’t bad to look at. And the fanart (especially Saya’s) is just knee weakeningly good. What makes me sad about them: Lack of interaction, Shane happens to be a bit dead to ever return, I miss the anger. things done in fanfic that annoys me: Shane is pure evil, Daryl is an innocent angel. There’s just so much more than that. But honestly, there is so little Sharyl and it’s cared for so much that there is really not any bad fics out there. things I look for in fanfic: Sharyl lol. Rare pair so hard to find any at all that I didn’t write. But in general I like shipping fics that are about more than fucking. Show me the boring bits were don’t see on tv. Life isn’t action 24/7, I want to read about them just taking whilst driving, or when Shane asked to bum a cigarette even though he doesn’t smoke and he ends up choking, I want to see them working together on something minor. Shipping doesn’t always have to be about the fucking, although that is also awesome. Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: Rick. Or all 3 together. My happily ever after for them: Shane has a case of surprise not dead, and just... can I just make WoD canon please?who is the big spoon/little spoon: Big spoon Shane loves to scooch right up behind little spoon Daryl. There isn’t much difference height wise, but bulk wise? Shane is beefcake and Daryl is lean. what is their favorite non-sexual activity: Talking. Shane likes getting Daryl to open up and tell him things about himself and not be afraid of being laughed at. Daryl likes teaching Shane things he is an expert in, like tracking and hunting, because it helps him feel valued. 

Now I’m going to binge on Sharyl as I haven’t had a chance in a few months and I need it now!

Why do I feel like Daryl would be the one to bring the cat home though? Some scraggly looking thing with one eye and a snaggle tooth. It's covered in fleas and ornery as hell but he feeds it and delouses it and eventually it loves him. [1]

When it comes to anyone else, the thing is still full of piss and vinegar. Shane suggests rehoming it once. ...only once. Because if looks could kill Daryl would be guilty of murder. But damned if it doesn't start growing on him too.---Yeah Daryl is the kind of person who would always want to save the cat that’s had a hard life, because he relates more to it, and everyone deserves a bit of love, no matter how much of a badass they try to appear on the outside. It would be the biggest asshole to everyone else, except Daryl, and he doesn’t know what Shane is on about when he suggests they name it Damian because it’s clearly the son of the devil. It has a habit of sitting behind people, on the back of the couch, or beneath the table silently, until someone just gets comfy and then swipes at them with his claws. Daryl thinks it’s a sign of affection, Shane thinks the cat is out to get him. But over time the demon cat would mellow out, because Shane would just accept it into his life because it makes Daryl happy. It would take a while, and maybe the cat wouldn’t exactly be the most affectionate, but it’ll make exceptions for Shane. Like he’s only sitting in Shane’s lap because it happens to be comfortable, not because he likes him or anything. It acts like it’s pure coincidence that it has to squeeze past Shane’s leg and rub against it when getting down the hallway. And it most certainly only purrs when Shane pets him because he likes purring and it’s not because he likes Shane or anything. Yeah, Shane would be amused how alike Daryl and the cat are.
