River began to pace, parting her lips to speak several times though a noise on the communicator she held up to her ear would become audible once more, silencing her before she could speak. She gave a huff, crinkling her nose up with distaste as she continued to listen before finding her chance to speak.

“Mother, you haven’t got that much control over me. I’m a grown up—for God’s sake, I’m quite older than you as well.” She quipped, unaware of the other presence due to her frustration of the conversation she was managing to survive with her mother.

NOTP: Clara. She gave her a once-over and then acted p condescending. I like Tasha but that annoyed me.

BROTP: I feel like she probably gets along great with River, if they've ever met.

OTP: For Tasha, probably with the Doctor, although if this was for the Doctor, that wouldn't be the OTP I'd pick. We haven't been shown anyone else she's interested in, though.

Second choice: ffffff. I'm not sure. I'm thinking back to Classic Who and I genuinely can't come up with someone I'd ship her with.

Fluffy: For some reason, I feel like she'd be hilariously cute with the Eighth Doctor.

Angsty: Twelve coming back to see her after he knows how she died.

Weird: I could see her and either Ainley!Master or Delgado!Master having a couple of flings.
