I think the clothes could be accurate in 1990-1995 fashion..? Who knows all i know is that pac man was released at 1980

A little animation I'm trying to make of Mitsu (My moth oc from the series "Moth person seeks shelter from the storm"!)

Some rough sketch and lazy colouring but I can't figure out how to animate the wings so it actually looks like holding her up in the air!

But then wings should be like fluttering instead of flapping ykwim? ᐠ( ᐛ )ᐟ

Like it should go TRRRRRRRR!!!! Which means I probably have to draw a bunch of blur since the wings flutter is so fast it kinda makes it too blurry to see the actual full wing
