First moth trap of the year last night! Visitors this morning were:

Early grey

Common quakers

Some kinda chonky orange caddisfly

So damp out that I actually put the trays back in the trap, and released the moths out of them later when everything wasn't so soggy.

That's the fun thing about AUs, you can make your own lore regardless of canon-! I do it all the time :>

If this is specifically in reference to mothtrap, that's just because I don’t even want to make au lore - I want to keep him as "just a little guy that exists"

I do like the lore that the white fluff is growing on him in places that specifically cover up the mechanical/flesh-exposed bits and stuff like that, but that's moreso in reference to the more-springtrap-like mothtrap. I normally just draw lil-guy mothtrap :>
