Don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve.

A new work ethic, a new life!
So school started again - i started my master. And i lost a lot of weight the last few months. Just by pure determination. My motivation was really high, and i would like to share my way of thinking that changed my life. The western worlds' work ethic is not that great. People procrastinate a lot, wasting time on things like social media, watching tv and just doing nothing productive with their life. I was a person like that. And i got sick of my own bullshit. When i did some reearch on other cultures, and their way of working i found some interesting articles. I read articles about the korean work ethic. Koreans seem to be very work and success driven and do their best, to live a good life. I know there are a lot of extremes, but it made me think: if i would use every second to reach my goals and improve myself instead of just wasting it by being lazy- how would my life look like? Would i be happier? Afterall, if people with another culture are able to show such a high level of self discipline and determination, why can't i? And this thought triggered something in me - my self discipline went through the roof - i find it more easily to control my diet and i sit down and just do what i gotta do for university. Life works that way if you want to be succesful. Achieving things makes me feel proud of myself when i fall asleep. I would love to discuss this, your opinions, and if you had any eye-opening moments like this in your life? Thanks for reading! the normal university life

I know that new situations can be intimidating. You're looking around, and it's all scary and different, but, you know, meeting them head on, charging right into them like a bull -that's how we grow as people.

This summs up my feelings and motivation for this year so well!
