“Her mind was driven by my thoughts,
She vanished away on yesterday’s scenic road into the dark, Wish I could go back to that road, of fortune and gold.
Tell her never to look down and cover herself with fake smile.
Bold, scold and still my medal she holds.
Not to stay, too many excuses & lies she has told,
where they never heal themselves and die….
I could never feel the rain only pain,
As in love, under the starry sky,
Alone and the never ending agony with the smoke inside her soul.
We travel into blank horizon of hopes, hung under the ropes.
Light and night she wore the fight,
Escaping, with no more justifications!
Oceans of excuses sailed through her soul,
Heartbroken, but in love with a sigh!
We hesitate not to look back into past, somewhere the memories turn to rust.
Old and grey, all alone.
One day I shall return for the proper goodbye.
The day, when she had lot to say, and a reason to stay.
The day, when her youth gone, beauty fade, when everyone left, when she will become a forgotten fame, then only i stay.
For now, we must travel down this lonely road silently.
Slowly our heart will heal, to not feel the reel….. Few years has gone, agony and the bitterness of wounds... Maybe the healing could kill the feeling, so we kept touching our wounds, days, Nights, weeks, months, years and decades… the bedtime stories of our babies now have some poems.
