Seeing all this, it's not surprising that a Sea Bonnie could recreate an entire colony inside Mott's body.
I also found this while trying to figure out how to draw sea bonnies. I guess we've been drawing sea bonnies as female all this time lol.
Sea Mott:
Mott knew he would die. He decides to tell how he felt to his parents and Rory. He also apologized to the later.
When it's all finished, he goes taking a bath. Then the Sea Bonnies start to multiply and eat him more. He slowly forgets the more the time pass. He closed his eyes one last time. He's at peace.
Mott did die by the Sea Bonnies.
But he ends up "possessing" their eggs.
When they hatched, they were pink instead of blue/purple. (Sea Bonnet?)
The Sea Bonnies noticed it and started eating all the Sea Bonnet(?). One was able to survive by jumping out the bathtub. The mother flushes the bathtub, letting all the Sea Bonnies out.
Rory finds the Sea Bonnet(?) left behind. He put it in a glass of water and give it food.
The more he feed it, the more they multiplied. Rory notices the glass was now too small for all of them. He asks his parents to help him fill the fishtank. He put all the Sea Bonnet(?) in it and continue to feed them.
Times pass. People notice about Mott's disappearance.
One day, Rory wakes up with the Sea Bonnets(?) forming an attempted representation of his brother's head. He freaks outs at first, but he calms down after recognizing Mott's voice.
The later explain what happened to him.
He smiles back at Claudia, and walks away.
