The late Alex Lowe ascends a ridge on Mount Bearskin in the #EllsworthMountains of #Antarctica. Leading the way, but behind me, is Conrad Anker. In the background are the continent's highest mountains, including the shoulder of 16,050' #VinsonMassif (L) and 15,919' #MountTyree (second highest) on the right. The following day Alex and Conrad made the fourth ascent of Tyree via the prominent couloir on this seldom-visited side of the range.
