Two small rough sketches for @bethdehart’s MouseGirl May prompts! The top one is for day 29, the prompt being Hereford. The Second one is a later sketch for Day 25, Mushroom.

I didn’t do too many sketches today before doing both these very small ones. But at least i tried drawing a different type of creature, that being a hereford cow. I considered using colour pencils to make the brand of cow more clear or to put its colour patterns on a toony mouse, but I didn’t have too much time to spare doodling today.

A quick and dirty Yang redesign idea. Honeycomb yellow for the clothes so the electric yellow hair and gauntlets pop more. Purple around the neck to better visually parse the head during action scenes. Right thigh-high and left bandana to maximize Yang's tasteful asymmetry. And ofc, black and yellow stripes.

Quarantober Day 3: Wet

This is a little event being hosted on Instagram under the tag #quarantober to keep people occupied whilst they're going through lockdown.
