So many amazing concerts.... but the most memorable and life-milestone performance was The Who’s Quadrophenia at Madison Square Garden. 

33.  a song you have ZERO patience for

I’ve already answered this but I have a lot - Manic Monday.  When it plays in the grocery store and I haven’t yet finished my shopping and I am trapped, I experience a visceral pain.

34.  a song you’d like your favorite artist to cover

Hmmmm... well for favorite artist, for this ask at least, I’ll choose Luka Bloom - he does astounding covers.  And I think I’d like to hear him cover Elbow’s One Day Like This.  I can imagine that would be emotionally devastating.

Jungle Boogie from the Pulp Fiction soundtrack

OK in a very round-about way - being a fan of Sherlock made me a fan of Benedict Cumberbatch who listed the aforementioned One Day Like This in a list of his favorite songs and so I checked it out one day.  Hooked.

Ten years ago I would have been ashamed to admit that this song has about 50 plays to the 3-4 of the rest of my library, but I completely own it now -

Benedict did not attend, but he send a video message from New Zealand, revealing how he will look as Phil Burbank in The Power of the Dog.

Lionsgate Closed U.S. Deal On ‘Ironbark:’ Sundance.

Benedict among stars urging action on climate and poverty.

He, among many other public figures, have backed an open letter demanding urgent action to end extreme poverty, conquer inequality and fix the climate crisis, directed at the world leaders who in 2015 agreed a series of UN global goals.
