“Are you gonna hog all the fun?”
Another day, another group of Star Fox characters I drew last summer. Here we have Free-As-A-Bird, the hot rodders gang from Farewell Beloved Falco, featuring Katt Monroe, her theoretical boyfriend Cool, Mousor and Bowsor. Not featuring the robot that showed their head in a single panel as, quite understandably, there was pretty much no reference to to work from.
Mousor was absolutely my favourite to draw. His design just makes him look deranged, making him stand out from the standard furry designs of the Lylat System. He’s just so skrungly. It helps that I do like drawing mice, too. It was a little hard to come up with a pose that reflected Cool’s character, because he doesn’t really have one. Bowsor wasn’t as hard, just had to get used to drawing a crocodilian again.
