He's outside, he doesn't need to wea r it properly or wear it at all. he's probably just leaving it on because it's a pain to put on & off again when he goes inside. That's what I do.

I agree that he doesn’t need to wear it properly whether he’s outside or not. He’s an adult and can make his own choices. I mean, the man pulled off a whole tour in the US without getting sick or losing any of his band to COVID, so I’m confident he knows what he’s doing as far as protecting himself.

If I’m outside, I unhook one side or take it off completely if I’m going to be walking for longer than a few minutes. Or I suppose I might wear it around my chin if not over my whole face. Not that it matters. Different strokes for different folks 🤷🏻‍♀️
