Monday Mournings

I could drown under this weight.

They test me, take me away

If I could just be brave.

An earthly hell

Fire and brimstone

All I feel is black

Flashbacks every night

so everyone loves loves loves kate jablonski's choreography which is really fantastic and original but i feel like this is one of her most underrated pieces and its not even something she choreographed which is even more amazing

kate's movement vocab is so invigorating but i feel like her choreo can sometimes be very predictable in the sense that the majority of her pieces are just.........charming in lik e a cutesy way

but this is refreshing in a different way i mean granted this isnt the beyond words company but i just feel that kate's artistry is showcased much better in this video than any other on her channel that is assuming she came up with the structure for this study but even if she didnt she is so lovely to watch. its clear she has an incredible sense of awareness in this trio which made for some rly rewarding moments

like i dont know how this was filmed, and if lauren could see what was going on behind her but there's this moment at 2:25 where garth has his hand up and then lauren does it and wow its just sO SATISFYING?? like wow if lauren cldnt see what was going on behind her but if she could then completely ignore this paragraph
