is it normal that after jumping (my usual stim i do it EVERY day) I was standing still and then suddenly I heard ringing in both my ears and I lost a good chunk of my hearing? Like I could hear things still they were just a lot quieter. Oh and ringing and later weird hissing sounds in the bg. I was thinking "this is it my habit of blasting my music in my headphone at full volume FINALLY caught up to me" and then my hearing was slowly coming back and then it made a huge jump back in like 1-2 minutes and im just like wtaf was THAT .,
