I'm having a moment and I must share. Admittedly, I've plateaued and have remained at the weight I'm at for a few weeks now. I know it's not all about the scale, but physiologically, I can't help myself.... I wanted to hit another milestone. But it's moments like these that really make me feel proud, and quite emotional. The past few years, coats have been a challenge. My shoulders and my chest made things very awkward and the past few Falls and Winters have made me sad because I absolutely LOVE coats! I ordered a nice black trench coat from Old Navy this year, just received it and it's quite big on me. Really excited, I pulled out all my coats that I saved from years ago, and grabbed the coats I was wearing last year. On the left, I'm wearing my coat last year, a Plus Size 2X from Old Navy. On the right, I'm back in my Size L Columbia Jacket! I haven't worn this jacket in years because I haven't been able to zip it and now it fits perfectly, along with my other coats that have been in a vacuum sealed bag for over 4 years! I'm seriously excited beyond belief right now because clothes shopping has become so much easier and my confidence sky rockete this morning! There are coats and clothes all over my living room right now, but I'm sitting here in pure bliss! No giving up now!!! 💪🏻❤️ • • • #fitness #motivation #transformation #weightloss #dontgiveup #movethatass #fitnessmotivation #imgettingthere
