Welcome to Ice Screen! / My Introduction

I scream, you scream, we all scream for Ice Screen! The hottest new website that gives reviews for the latest films and gives you the heads-up on upcoming movie trailers. Each Friday, I will give a review of a film (the title, director, pros, cons, etc.) and at the end of each episode, I will ask you guys to sound off on what film or films you would like for me to review for the following week. At your request, I will do anniversary specials on certain films (such as Fear, Scream, Fargo, Space Jam, etc.) Your wish is my command! (ALL pun intended) 

Oh! Where are my manners? My name is Cordiah Hayes. I am 23 years old, and I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University (go HUSKIES!) I am currently job hunting in between doing movie reviews. My goal is to become a film professor, so I’m also looking at graduate schools to attend (Sallie Mae, I am at your mercy.) In between, I also write short stories, poetry, and I’m currently developing ideas for my first novel, which I hope to have completed by mid-2018. 

I had to re-do my Tumblr page because I forgot my password to the first Ice Screen blog. 

Episode 1, “Creed” will be posted next Friday, January 8, 2016.
