Since moving to the island business had been building up at the clinic. I mean who would have thought that bunch of gods and their kids would be in such need of counseling? Even so, the clinic still had slow days in terms of appointments but, Hathor always made sure it was clear that her door was always open for walk-ins. Her office was warm and inviting, full of warm comforting shades of light brown, burnt orange, and coral.
Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows with soft billowing curtains, sheer white. Centered along the back wall is a solid, modern birch desk with a plush, beige, high-back chair. A comfortable, burnt orange armchair in front of it, with a matching sofa along the right wall looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows. Both with soft, white, fleece blankets draped along the backs. A soft jazz tune floats from the record player nestled in along the birch floor-to-ceiling bookshelves behind her desk.
Hathor blends into her surroundings well, wearing soft pink and white, her now long blonde hair curled and pinned perfectly on the back of her head. Small pieces fall as she types up her notes from her morning sessions, clear frame glasses perched on her pointed nose. The goddess is snapped out of her concentration when her assistant knocks and opens her office door. She pulls her glasses off and looks up as they gesture a client into the room, Hathor smiles and thanks her as she gets up to meet the client at the door.
“Hello, welcome to Bodhisattva. I’m Hathor, and you are?”
