Davina was standing behind Arwyn as they stood in a restaurant, waiting for their chance to order. She had been starving, having had to work way past her normal lunch period. Many people had been stopping by the pharmacy to seek relief from horrible sunburns, and she had been working double time to make enough ointments for the rising demand.
When the other spoke, she looked up at him, widening her eyes slightly. However, she soon relaxed into a warm smile. "With empty stomachs, I am sure it could send you to your knees in prayer." Giggling softly, she gently pushed him forward, motioning for him to go to the register as she teased. "I hope you find religion in your lunch."
