Canonically Noah had relationships before kidnapping MC, but it was either to fulfill his "needs" or because he was really bored. He didn't hate his exes like he hates on MC, but he also doesn't feel anything positive about them. I guess you could call it situationships cause he didn't have any complex feelings about his exes.
About music that Noah likes, it can depend on what mood he is. If he's working out, he loves to put on some phonk for energy. If he's outside running errands, he will listen to his usual playlist that consists of cheesy Mexican love songs (Elsabon Armando/Jasiel Nuñez), Portuguese pop (FBC/Marina sena) and manic pixie dream girl songs that are made by quirky autisitic women like Clario/Mitski/Faye Webster (bc he's autistic as well, although Noah doesn't know about it lol)
