P90X (Classic): Day 16: Jump Knee Tuck is the Dream

I may not have been good a Plyometrics, but it was fun, especially the last part of it. Oh boy does it burn calories!
Even with a padded mat, my jumping was loud for my downstairs neighbors. I had to keep my jumps small. So, I wasn’t sure how much improvement I would be able to do, but I was burning calories, working hard, and having fun.
