Prints are getting more critical, now that I’ve (I think) dialed in the printers, I want to make sure I’m using the optimal temperature. Sometimes you think it prints fine but the adhesion between layers is bad and causes separation under stress because it didn’t heat enough to melt the filament optimally. My first thought was to use the least amount of temperature to avoid overheating and causing blobs and burnt filament but now I think it is better to start with a higher temperature and adjust downwards. Reviewed the final piece and for this #hatchbox black printed on the #mpminiselect 205C seems to be the best although most temperatures are fine with subtle blobbing at 220C which is the upper limit of the recommended temperature. #3dprinting https://www.instagram.com/islandcaptureny/p/BxD8F88AW0C/?igshid=5wqdhetjuotj
