this makes me so happy bc normally the unbeatable move is developed and then goes on FOREVER until it's finally blocked and forced to change or something but w HQ!! it's CONSTANT CHANGE/BETTERING/DEVELOPMENT what a good

literally right after they made that move they spent most of the 3-on-3 trying to perfect it AND THEN EVEN AFTER THE MATCH WAS DONE THEY WERE PLANNING ON PRACTICING. 

*MAJOR SPOILERS AHOY*

im also very happy that it wasnt an instant perfect weapon like the first time they tried it in that practice match with seijou the ball. missed hinata's hand. 

Theyre constantly improving their oddball quick and then when it was blocked in that match with nekoma they decided to try something different. and from that match they learned not to be too reliant on that quickstrike but they still regarded it as their ultimate weapon.

But thing is that. they're trying to make a new attack now. and unlike from what ive seen in other shounen series(i havent actually watched/read much sports animanga so i might be wrong) it didnt come out in the heat of a match or battle or anything. They didnt think of making a new move to defeat a specific new opponent. The big change happens out of hinata's desire to grow stronger. And to him that means they need to change what he and kageyama have been doing. And its a BIG change. ((i could go on but i think i'll stop here in regards to the new move))
