starter for @mpxgiselle ft Rowoon & Giselle
The problem with having long legs, is that you get everywhere rather quickly.
Rowoon feels as if he has been wondering these streets aimlessly for days. It was difficult, because he’s so used to travelling with purpose from A to B, on to C and repeat. No need to wonder where next? When should he stop for coffee, and where? How often is too often to stop for coffee? When it is one of the few things he has to do, he has been drinking rather a lot of coffee and he feels a little buzzed from it. Not that many would be able to tell, as he walks well paced and his gaze remains penetrative and ahead. Still dressed as if he had a job to go to, as his neatly knotted tie flaps a little past his arm in a chilly spring breeze.
Still, if you know where to look the signs were there. The wiggle in his fingers, the twitch in his brow and the slight squint of his eyes against the low sun. Rowoon is bugging!
He enjoys these serene, pretty streets in spring time, but just pacing them was becoming tedious, and didn’t take nearly as long as he would like! he contemplates giving up and returning home to read and be restless there, before his sharp, bat-like hearing catches a sound and he stops in his tracks. With a tilt of his head he slowly turns, back the way he had come and listens.
With a scrape of pavement below the leather sole of his shoe, Rowoon turns and after a few steps turns a corner, entering a more secluded alleyway, and what seems to be three young-ish men, bothering a young woman. “What are you doing?” His voice calls out in it’s usual deeper tone, face as ever an impassive mask and his gaze shifts from man to man as he comes to a stop behind the young lady. Only what he had heard as a genuine question of curiosity seems to have been taken differently, as he watches in subtle bemusement as the men quickly shuffle back and away from him, only to come together and quickly start t make an exit.
Has he said something wrong...?
Slowly his gaze lowers to the young woman before him, she at least wasn’t hurrying away from him.
