“Oh, don’t be such a killjoy.” She called out, a small laugh escaping soon after. Taking his hand, Caixia led him away and out of the forest the demigoddess had the thought of checking out for herself. “Come on, let’s get out of here.” She smiled faintly and continued her walk, purposefully crunching on as many fallen leaves as she could.
It wasn’t until a concerning noise made its way to her ears that made her pick up her pace, pulling he male along with her. Eventually her walking turned into running and instead of running out of fear, she ran out of excitement. She was laughing and happily so. “Hurry!”
When they were a safe distance from the forest’s edge, she collapse in a fit on squeals and laughter, the other looking at her as though she were mad. It wasn’t until she calmed down enough that she caught Wonwoo’s words and sighed. “But it was a fun bad plan. And we’re still alive. So I say that it was a bad plan well worth it.”
