Okay so I’m reading death on the Nile and I’m officially obsessed with Mr Ferguson, like immediately he was the anti-capitalist guy and I was like okay go off king, but then he was like very intense about that like calling for killing any rich person, being anti pretty much everything and everyone, and sort of generally kinda being an asshole and I was like idk if I’m quite there bud, but I could kinda tell he had some interest in Cornelia and considering her description I really liked that she was getting attention because she just seemed so sweet and lovely, but like underestimated for being “simple” and not skinny and pretty or whatever, and then when he just kept antagonising her and then suddenly proposed marriage I was obsessed he’s so fucking funny and then “You must excuse me. I like attacking established institutions.” to Poirot, which first of all Big Mood but second of all is the funniest fucking thing, like oops sorry I was rude to you just now see I can’t help it because you are a detective and work for the police so even though I don’t directly dislike you in this moment at all I simply cannot not be rude, but like we’re cool though
