Its 4am and Mr Juno has left the house to take part in the RideLondon 100 mile classic event today. He is cycling for Crohns and Colitis UK. And he is cycling to and from the start line and finish. So its more like 125 miles. Hopefully the twins get his sporty genes and energy, because Im going back to bed with the cat for a couple of hours until he rides past... He was in good spirits, saying 'I'm really looking forward to it this year! I want to finish as close to 4 hours!' Mental boy. (NB: The course isnt completely flat city riding, it goes up several beasts of hills on the North Downs in Surrey before heading back).
