Meanwhile, back at Mr. Pancake in Wisconsin Dells ...

(Mise en scene: No less than Magilla Gorilla is observed at table devouring one of the legendary Hot Fudge Banana Split Waffles for what passes for breakfast unto the simian which Peebles' Pet Shop was forever unable to unload at any price--not even for Ogee in her percocity.)

MAGILLA GORILLA, tucking into said waffle: Oh goodie ... this must be the life, nothing but the best for a growing gorilla like yours truly!

(Meanwhile, we find The Banana Splits devouring away on their Hot Fudge Banana Split Waffles for their own breakfast, and couldn't help but notice Magilla trying out one such, prompting Bingo to walk over to Magilla's table and digress as follows--)

BINGO, somewhat amused at the sight: So how exactly do you find the Hot Fudge Banana Split Waffle?

MAGILLA GORILLA: From one simian to another, I'd have to say it's rather ... interesting!

BINGO: And how did you find out about same?

MAGILLA GORILLA: I just noticed it on their menu, mind you, and out of curiosity more than anything, I decided to try it for breakfast! What more could you ask for?

BINGO: Glad to hear about that ... which at least provides some counterpoint to some rather oily-tasting coffee this morning for some reason or another!

(Meanwhile--)

A WAITRESS, who couldn't help but overhear such remark: I do apologise for the coffee being rather oily-tasting this morning; it seems we had a rather bad batch of coffee beans come in the other day, and we've had similar issues, you might say!

FLEEGLE, with bombast: I'll say ... but at least these Hot Fudge Banana Split Waffles ARE SENSATIONAL!!

A WAITRESS: Glad to hear that. I'll be sure to mention this to the manager when I get a chance!

MAGILLA GORILLA, not to be outdone after a short pause: At least I had some decent tea to go with my waffle!

(Which found The Banana Splits "themselves" chuckling, as if Magilla's remarks were the punchline to the joke.)

This, I will have you know, is THE Hot Fudge Banana Split Waffle of no less than Mr. Pancake in Wisconsin Dells. Which can certainly be imagined as something that The Banana Splits “themselves” (I assume you know their names well) might seek out while in the Once and Future Waterpark Capital--even if the press potential fizzles out.
