The Hackers Are All Over The Tamagotchi Pix
We knew it wouldn’t be log before the hackers of the Tamagotchi community got their hands on the Tamagotchi Pix and worked their magic. It looks like there are several members of the community already hard at work dissecting the Pix and getting their hands on the formula that creates Tama Codes. This could uncovers lots of Tama Codes to scan which will create playdates, give gifts, and more.
It looks like Sudo the Caralynx has gotten into the programing enough to run a debug console, formulate some code and generate some Tama Codes which can be scanned using the built-in camera. Sudo the Caralynx teases that they’ve figured out most the fields currently used for Tama Codes, and that a generation library and program should be created soon. In terms of the actual values there’s still some digging left sine they refer to specific Tamagotchi’s and items. Sudo the Caralynx has also posted a rendering of the Tama Code generator in a recent tweet.
To no ones surprise, Mr.Blinky is also working their magic on the Tamagotchi Pix. Mr.Blinky has partnered with Sudo the Carlynx and Natalie Silvanovich, a well known Tamagotchi hacker in the community. Through their work they were able to dig through the programming of the Pix and reveals graphics and more. It looks like they also got their hands on Tama Codes, and Mr.Blinky has posted two Tama Codes on their social media platforms for both french fries & a palm tree which are both retrievable through the download option under the connection menu on the Tamagotchi Pix. Mr.Blinky also teases in a tweet that they’re already working on posting these Tama Codes on their website for download, and teases an image. Through Mr.Blinky’s data dump of the Pix, lots of items have been revealed which may be a spoiler for some.
These hackers have wasted no time! It was only time before the hackers got their hands on the Tamagotchi Pix, and under the hood of the device. We’ll keep you posted as we see new tools available. Scanning Tama Codes is SO much fun, and it looks like the Pix is jam packed with awesome content.
