The other day at Krav, apparently Dwight was subbing for Deo (I was really excited when I saw that). He told me that he missed having me in his noon classes. I told him how I tried to go during Turkey day break but he was probably away. Today in math class, Mr. Darko was laughing about all of our pictures from one of his quizzes. He started talking about this one REALLY GOOD one. He started to describe it and I realized that it sounded very similar to mine. I showed it to him and he was like "YES this is the one." He actually passed it around the class. I got a thumbs up from Vieno, a wow from Tommy, and a holy crap from Gabe (and those were the big reactions). Today was also the day of my pt test for the Naval Academy. Mastel and I were gonna be testing together. He reminds me a lot of Andrew (sarcastic, dry, they kinda carry themselves the same too), so I kinda expected him to judge my unfitness. Instead, he probably was the best partner I could have asked for. We compared scores (obviously) but we also cheered for and motivated each other. For almost every single test, we told each other to push it a little more. Because of him, I got 71 sit ups (he even motivated me to beat his own score-which is actually really selfless, or at least, unself-centered). As we walked around the track to catch our breath and meet up with CSM, we just bashed on Tema together. Honestly, we were pretty close in terms of pt scores, he beat me in most but I still beat him in one or two. After the test, he really (and sincerely) complimented me on how I did (tho I think he was a little disappointed in his own score).
