It's honestly a shame I stopped being updated with Young Gerald. I used to really enjoy his music & everything he stood for but I feel like his brand has changed so much within the last few years and he's been getting into so much that it's hard for me to remain a fan. I was on my way to the beach earlier this week and "Far Alone" came on & I realized how much Gerald's music has changed and how much I miss it. In my honest opinion, TB&D doesn't even slap bruh.. it's just so melancholy, repitive, & boring. There are some good songs I like but "These Things Happen" will continue to be my favorite from him because his sound was still organic, hopeful, & genuine. Like, when I hear a song off that album, I know that G wrote that song. Because that was all he really had & now it often seems to be about drugs, women, money, etc. This blog was so dedicated towards G-Eazy, around the clock, 24/7 but if things don't turn around, I might just have to let go of this blog for good. -Kimmy
