This was a bad idea. Snowy knew this was a bad idea. But she had made a deal with someone in the village nearby that she would steal some valuables for them in exchange for a decent meal and a place to stay for a few nights. As much as she hated stealing, she didn’t have much of a choice.

With only a dirty ragged cloak and hood to hide her identity, Snowy made her way to a house not far from the village. Once she arrived, she checked through the windows to see if anyone was home before quietly checking at front to see if the front door was locked. Fortunately for her, the owner of the house forgot to lock it. She looked around her surroundings, making sure no one was around, before opening the door and quickly yet quietly entering the house and closing it behind her using her tail.

Now inside, she looked around the house for any valuables she could take. Little did she know that the house’s owner was nearly home...
