Half way through with the first part, and it's hard to keep my mind in the present moment. I need to remind myself that the journey is the goal.

One exercise that I love and has help me improve endurance and strength is skipping rope. I used to do one hour of this everyday (even when it was raining), and people ask me how I make it look so easy 🤣
