How did Jet and Lapis’s teams treat them during their Shade/Beacon years?
Jet and Lapis attend different academies, Jet at Shade and Lapis at Beacon, but have similar experiences with their teams.
Jet is apart of team MJTA, partner being Magenta (Mags), and his teammates Aero and Turquoise (Turq). Having to spend practically all his time with them, excluding the time devoted to hanging out with Mars and his team, the team eventually warms up to him. They enjoy having great meals and with his semblance, MJTA turns into a successful undercover, stealth team.
In the last six months of his schooling at Shade, Magenta and Jet date. About two weeks before graduation, she dumps him and is dating another boy she had been cheating on him with during their relationship about two days later. This leaves Jet in a depressive state for two months, Magenta being the first person he ever felt attraction to so the blow hit harder than anyone expected.
He doesn’t see his teammates anymore after that incident, considering that part of his life over.
Team MRBL, Lapis’s team, is a close nit group of all girls. They are weary of her at first, but Lapis being the social butterfly that Jet isn’t, she makes friends much easier and they grow into a close group.
MRBL is an active team currently and even have Jet come along for information and undercover work.
