I was tagged by pleasecallmesurely(I think this is the first tumblr thing I've been tagged in--thanks! c:).

1) If you could learn any language, regardless of ease or practicality, which would you choose?

Ooo umm I'm not really sure. Maybe Spanish, since I spent 4 years learning the basics in high school already. Or maybe a cool Asian language like Japanese or something. I'm actually really not sure.

2) If you could have any job in the world, no matter how much it pays or how likely you are to get it, what would it be?

...I'm not really sure. At this point for me, I just want to do something I feel successful in and am happy doing. And right now I don't know what that thing is, but hopefully I'll find it soon.

3) What was one moment that changed your life?

I think the Jan.-June period of 2011 was a pretty crucial, though really difficult and depressing, moment in my life. Back then it seemed like forever, but looking back, it was only a moment.

4) If you had a time machine/spaceship, where and when would you go? Would you stay there?

you mean the TARDIS? Sorry, excuse my fandom showing. Well, if I had access to a time machine and/or spaceship, I obviously would take advantage of it. I'm not sure exactly where I'd go, I haven't given it much thought. Maybe I would go and see RENT on Broadway or something, get to see all the amazing shows I missed out on because I was too young or wasn't alive. The Doctor would kinda just drag me around everywhere like all the other companions..I'm boring meh.

5) What celebrity, historical figure, and fictional character would you want to be friends with? Not someone you would just want to fangirl over or date/have sex with, but someone you would just want to hang out with.

It's weird thinking of Darren as a celebrity, but I guess if he is, I've always wanted to know him. He seems like a cool dude. I'm really not sure about historical figure... and there's a few fictional characters ferufybfduff. I guess Remus Lupin from the Harry Potter series, or Harry, or Fred&George(cause they're practically one person split into two).

6) What talent of yours are you most proud of?

I have a talent..?! ._.

7) What book/series would you like to see turned into a movie? What movie adaptation would you want redone?

Ooo, this is tough. I have a mixed opinion about books and book series becoming movies, in fear of directors and producers leaving out crucial parts/characters/etc. as well as miscasting and such. There's plenty of great books out there(John Green *coughcough*), I just would rather not see a great book ruined by its movie.

Right now, I'm not sure what movie adaptation I'd want redone. If they should redo the HP movies(although the movies were overall great), it would be cute to have Daniel Radcliffe as James Potter. and for Ginny to have more of an active role. and BOOK 5. (nuf said).

8) You’re given the chance to take over the world (successfully). Do you take it? If yes, what’s the first thing you do?

Absolutely not. Not only is it too much pressure on me, but I'm much too lazy.

9) What talent or ability do you wish you had?

Is being out-going an ability or..? Cause college sucks when you're the shy girl...

10) What is your name? What is your quest? What is your favorite color?

Kelly. My quest is to find the philosopher's stone (because quest made me think of FMA for some reason..). My favorite color is purpleeeeeee.

Two Lovers, Two Spiders And a Poem That Was Never Written

We could have written about it, the time you helped me write a poem about Doctor Who and losing someone I’ve never actually met.

And you told me what confit and foie gras are, except auto correct only checks spelling. So in that sense, yes, lovers are fed to be fatty.

As we watched the spiders in our separate rooms, hoping they wouldn’t crawl over our heads but I wonder, Where was mine trying to go? I watched it on the wall, not moving, as I laughed at the liver-lovers.

I wondered what our poem would be about. it would be hard to write about lovers and spiders-- though female insects are known to bite the heads off their mates-- (Here’s a hint: chocolate and gifts prevent this.) Though I knew we probably wouldn’t get the thing written and I didn’t write it because I didn’t know what it would be about. So now you have a poem in your yearbook, which I must admit is a tad bit easier than coming up with something about The Doctor or freshmen global 9th period or that time we hid in a dark closet for forty minutes.

Maybe this poem isn’t about spiders and lovers that don’t exist or that did at one point and no longer don’t, but I hoped you like it anyway.

And, who knows, maybe one day it will get written.

4. What do you do when someone insults something you love?

It depends who I'm talking to. I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion. If it's not someone I'm overly close to, I'll usually leave it alone. Unless it's perhaps a Harry Potter vs. Twilight thing. In which case, I'm prepared for whoever it may be.

5. Would you consider yourself a nerd/geek/dork/etc?

I hate the word "dork", so that, no. I'll accept nerd and geek with respect though.

6. Would you rather be attacked by 50 duck-sized horses or 1 horse-sized duck?

50 duck-sized horses. In fact, I kinda want one a lot. so I'd steal two, so only 48 would be attacking me. and then maybe, once they see I've accepted their species, perhaps I will own a barn with all of my duckhorses. oh the life.

7. Who’s your OTP?

oh my goodness. there are many depending on the fandom.

It depends on the situation. If I'm sure I'm right and then end up being wrong, I don't really like it but I deal.

I think this is a nerdfighters thing, which I still have to get into. But alas, since I know not much about this so far, I'm going with unicorns.
