V Backstory Detail #25
The first…humanoid being he summons is a demon who goes by Valentine. Valentine takes the form of a young man with long (though sometimes short), straight black hair and slit red eyes. He has the tendency to hiss when annoyed, a forked snakelike tongue flicking out. This can be attributed to the fact that his true form may be that of a snake, a form he rarely takes. His contract takes the form of a snake wrapped around Vitale’s right wrist.

Valentine is more of an informant than anything else. Someone Vitale calls upon when he requires information. This can be trifling at times though because Valentine is a terrible flirt. If Vitale didn’t know any better he’d think the demon was actually an incubus with how often he tries to get in the summoner’s pants.

Vitale’s first actual familiar, one that stays with him outside of just battle, is a black cat with green eyes that insists on going by Kitty. Though she’s smarter than any actual animal and acts as a literal set of another eyes, most of the time she’s more of a companion than anything. Her contract resides on the back of his left hand in the form of a cat’s eye.

Vitale has an untameable sweet tooth. There’s always stashes of something sweet on his person. Flavoured creamer and sugar just piled into coffee. Lucrecia once caught him about to eat a spoonful of sugar and convinced him to have honey instead when he was 15.
