wow. last year was super busy, and i didnt even list my comic culture kid programs or the 3 OSO ORO programs in Asia. You know, I know people who do maybe ten programs a year and they get 50k. Last year I did around 35 events with three grants totaling $12.500, of which you get to keep maybe 20% percent for your own work ( if the expenses don't get out of hand ). Of course the gov't taxes you on the entire grant as earned income. They are the culmination of a series of classes, mini-events and workshop.s that chooses a living theme and makes art around celebration.
