Mr. Robot season 2, malfunction...
It sucks.
I ain’t gonna get a long winded thing-season 2 sucks, and I said season one was perfect, and they should have ended it as a mini-series.
The appeal of the insanity is gone.
The friendship with his long time friend is gone.
The corporation is somehow still afloat.
This feels like a bad sequel, that you would see on the syfy channel.
It’s pompous, it’s snide of even the first season it feels like...it thinks it’s so witty when...none of the dialogue gets even close to how sharp the first season was. Did they lose some fucking head writers?
Also, and I know it happened in season 1 a lot, but how does EVERYONE have such an extensive vocabulary, and deep inner thoughts? Sorry, but not every fucking person you meet in the park realistically wants to talk to you about the concept of reality....or have an ALWAYS ALREADY PREPARED anecdote or story PERFECT for the situation.
Fairly, it can still make a comeback. I have seen shows do this (ORPHAN BLACK SEASON 3. Almost gave up on the show, but season 4 redeemed it). But...I don’t care for any of the characters anymore. Isn’t that the point of this story? To relate, if not at least like, the characters? They’re all....assholes, like every one is an asshoie. The nicest character (without ulterior motives) was the fucking hound dog. Or is that just New York?
