This artwork was requested by ccarvajalus, on DeviantArt. This is Mr. and Mrs. Biggle, Billy and Ruby's parents. They made their first appearance in Billy's Birthday and have made no further appearances ever since. In my stories Mr. and Mrs. Biggle have moved to a small cottage in Kokomo to retire and much of what they had in Biggletown was left to their children Billy and Ruby. Their cottage is by the transit way in Kokomo and Ruby as a part time bus driver would sometimes wave at them when she passed. I realized I've been forgetting to ask the people who send me these requests if they want to celebrate completion with either the Trumpton Fire Brigade Band ot the Dance at Winkstead Hall.
