I know. This whole ISIS thing has made me very scared and upset lately, too.
At this point it's not even about my fear for our own country, though that plays a part, for me it's about these women and children who are being brutalized and people like Ron Paul and his supporters who have just decided that it's "not our business" to get involved.
Ugh.
do you like any weird ice cream flavors?
Depends on what you mean by weird. My favorite is probably strawberry, but I know a lot of people who think that's odd, heh. To me it's normal.
I also really love coffee and coconut. But those are harder to find.

Yep, liberals hate liberty and progressives hate progress :D
The stupid, it burns.
I also ate a golden brown waffle for lunch today at the Virginia Kitchen in Herndon before I went on my scenic drive. =P

I was just at Borgata last night. Or did you know that already?
Yeah, obviously. I’ve stayed at the Borgata many, many times. I instantly recognized that view as being from the Water Club tower. I actually attended my first concert at the Borgata. My mom was born in Atlantic City before my grandparents moved the family to Maryland when my mom was two. I know Atlantic City well enough to know that from your picture. I have a lot more interesting stories I could tell such as the time my dad met Robin Williams in the line at the Borgata Starbucks, haha.
mrsrandallboggs: The Corning Museum of Glass has a lot of glass sculptures by Dale Chihuly, the Seattle artist who created the many blown glass sculptures at Borgata.
Dr. Joshua Hall’s collection Homer Economicus: The Simpsons and Economics uses stories from the popular television show The Simpsons to illustrate how economic theories manifest themselves in everyday life. Hall was joined by a wide group of economists who authored individual chapters of bite-size economics lessons using the characters and stories from 20 years of The Simpsons episodes. Broken into three parts, the collection gives us a glimpse into the fictional town of Springfield, home to Homer Simpson’s family and many other unforgettable characters. Here is just a sampling of the many economic lessons sprinkled throughout the book.
