Mr Tulk is hidden near State Library, it attracts a lot of University students. 

That day we were in a hurry to get to work so decided to have a quick meal. we ordered Mushrooms crispy polenta, poached egg &  Fresh baked muffins that are change daily. For a quick meal we didnt have to wait long at all, the wait time for the food was about 10 mins. we were in and out of the place within one hour. 

The food was average and is responsibility cheap. They definitely know their target market for university students. 

We would rate this place a 3/5 avocados.
