honestly meg julep really is such a good character and if you dislike her for what she was like in stormy sleepover i just wanna see if i can change your mind. she is one of the best examples i have ever seen of someone who has been pushed around and talked over for their entire life finally taking the initiative to stand up for themselves. clearly what happened there to change her behaviour like that was, when she started working at the gas station store, that must’ve been one of the first times in her life where she felt like she really had something figured out, and actually had some idea of what she was doing. you can assume that prior to this she had basically nothing else like that, hence how she acted in her debut episode, so this was a huge change for her and therefore changed how she felt about herself in terms of confidence severely, and despite this she’s still kind deep inside, and really she still just wants acceptance like everyone else. tldr i love meg julep and this has been why you should too
