Workout training is not about overly forcing yourself toward a limit at a time, the key is consistency, make it your daily routine and your habit.I used to be impatient and I wanted to be the best. I tried to reach other’s limit at my first attempt, then my muscle strained and I couldn’t continue my workout the following day. Later on, I unified a set of goal and complete it.Pushing myself a little more when I can but I finished the training every single day. Im still not good enough, but at least I improved.
