I created this page to promote my Zumba at first. It was perfect except I never used it…now I’m into healthy living and addicted to the gym life! And boy do I mean addicted. I haven’t perfected all things in the gym…and I have cheat meals… but overall since I started this journey not only am I happier with myself I just feel so much better. Not only am I going to use this page to share with you all but to hear back on what I can do to increase my challenge and continue to improve. :) *L.Star*
