[Event Coverage] EvoL gets teary eyed with Vollers at the Celebration Party

EvoL partied hard with Vollers at 3 events, Taiping, Klang before closing it at Mahkota Parade, Malacca. The girls prove that they can sing, dance, rap, and even play charades, lol.. but do you know that they remember their fans even when they are miles away and are really close to them on SNS? I know her.. says Sohee during the celebration party. Who is she talking about? Read on folks

Dressed down in mostly white shirts and jeans, the girls greeted the fans warmly despite the fact that they just came back from another schedule in Malacca. The celebration party started with a few QnA’s in which the MC, Justin asked the questions and mostly, err.. trying to get Jucy to answer the questions

It was not their 1st time in Malaysia but most memorable

After Klang Parade’s showcase, EvoL managed to go around a nearby Night Market where they managed to try many different Malaysian foods such as Satay and Nasi Lemak. They even went to a fruit stall where the Jambu Ajusshi (a fruit seller) recognized them from one of their videos.We also went to take photos around KLCC, it was beautiful we didn’t want to go back to our rooms chimes Hayana. Sohee (Say) also mentioned that comparing the 3 different showcase, Klang Parade had the best crowd as there were more cheers and they love the fans for coming.

3 selected video from the fans were chosen to be shown to EvoL. EvoL really enjoyed watching the videos that the fans have made specially for them. There was a video with heartfelt messages to EvoL, the fans doing a flashmob to EvoL’s song at a shopping complex and even a glimpse of EvoL’s first performance in Malaysia. During one of the video, EvoL’s member Sohee recognized the fan who has sent in the video, but sadly the fan was not in attendance at the celebration party. The EvoL members got teary eyed watching the videos knowing that they have loyal fans who will be waiting and cheering for them.

The event then continued on with the fans giving EvoL personal presents and pictures were taken prolong the memory. Even though too many tears were dropped, sharing of emotion from both parties, it was definitely a good night for both EvoL and Vollers I might say

[COVERAGE] EVOL 1ST MALAYSIA SHOWCASE @ THE OPENING DAY OF KLANG PARADE.

October 2014 – Kpop Girl group ‘EVOL’ has made their way to Malaysia for their 1st Malaysia tour Showcase. Start from Taiping Mall, Klang Parade and the last stop is at Mahkota Parade, was Organized by NEW PRO STAR SDN BHD.

EVOL – also known as “Effective Voice of Ladies” Powerful girl group from Startdom Entertainment is back after two years! They debuted in 2012 and the five beautiful member are ; Say (Leader), Jucy (Rapper), Hayana (Vocalist), Yull (Main Vocal) and J-Da (Magnae) have brought their powerful performances to the fans throughout all the showcase at Malaysia.

1st Showcase in Malaysia – KLANG PARADE

Its Opening day! KLANG PARADE had their grand opening and EVOL is one of the opening guess to heat up they stage with their powerful performance.

Started with their opening performance which is ‘1,2,3,4,5’. Fans going crazy and daze out with their beautiful and great performance, followed by interview with the MC. As one of the member English fluently the girls said that they having fun in Malaysia.

Then EVOL back with their 2nd performance and again heat up the stage with powerful performance from their debut track, “우리가 좀 달라” (We Are A Bit Different). After the performance, it’s time for Game session with 5 lucky fans. They having fun with the fans and its J-Da team win the games and the lucky fan who partner with J-Da get solo photo taken and also gift from EVol.

The girls back on stage with their next performance which is a ballad song ‘ Im Sorry’ and get interview again with the MC. As the MC asked them to show their special talents, EVOL started giggle and show of they skill as Say started to show her powerful vocal through ‘pansori’ (Korean genre of musical storytelling performed ) of ‘Arirang’, Hayana with a cover song, Jucy with a rapping style, meanwhile magnae J-Da show off her Aegyo and lastly Yull with a cover song of ‘Let it Go’. They continue with other performance which is Get Up again they make they crowd going wild.

Lastly, EVOL show off the powerful vocal with performed a cover song of “Wild Ones”. Its hard for fans to said goodbye but before everything ended, Fans will get a change to come up close with EVOL with photo session and autograph session.

[COVERAGE] EVOL IS BACK IN MALAYSIA!

Powerful girl group EvoL is back in Malaysia after two years! EvoL press conference was held in Neway 1Utama on the 25th of September. The members of EvoL, Yull,Hayana,Jucy,Say and J-Da greeted the medias and fans with their strong presence!

Q&A Session

Q: It is your second time in Malaysia so what is your expectation? Hayana: It is our second time in Malaysia but this will be our first showcase here so we practiced a lot in Korea and we are excited to meet the fans!

Q: What is your goal? Yull: Similar to other groups, we wish to achieve the number one spot in music shows.

Q: Have you tried Malaysian food? Hayana : We haven’t had the chance to try any food yet, if you suggest the foods to us, we would love to try it!

The members of EvoL gave us a sneak peek at their individual talents. Main vocalist, Yull serenades us with Whitney Houston’s ‘I Will Always Love You’. Hayana changed things up a bit and showed us three cute and sexy poses for photo opportunities! Rapper Jucy showed us her rapping skills while Leader Say showed off her vocal by singing pansori (korean traditional singing style) and the youngest J-Da showed us her killer aegyo by using Malay words like ‘terima kasih’ and ‘apa khabar’.

Q: Which member is the naughtiest? All : (points to Jucy) Jucy : This is not true..I never played around and I’m not naughty

Q : Any plans for comeback? Hayana : Actually we are preparing and we are trying out new things but we still don’t have a specific date yet. Say : Other than singing, we are also interesting in trying new things such as acting.

The press conference ended with photo sessions with EvoL and the sponsors involved. We would like to thank New Pro Star for inviting us to their press conference.
