My custom made male Drizzt doll. 17" designer doll with hand made leather armor, Cape, pants and shirt, and swords. Two hand made eyes as well. I'm thinking about selling him. Just not sure yet. Being hand made, he does have some casting flaws, like little tiny bubbles and seam lines. He also has issues standing on his own. I tried hot glue in his joints and wired as well, but it's best to use a stand. I was thinking of selling him for about $700 shipped to US, or a bit more out of the US. Do you know any places that have clothing for 48 cm MSDs?
It will really depend on which MSD you're talking about. It is probably going to be very difficult to find clothes for an MSD that size though just because of the height difference with regular MSD size dolls.
