Formal? Yes. Black tie dress code? Probably not. Black tie is mostly maxi length and more elegantly designed dresses. That dress is more towards semi formal than black tie.

There are definitely some of us around... some more vocal about it than others.
I think Valerie is great. I just wish we’d get to see more of her outside of all the dumb Lante drama. Hopefully that’ll happen before too long. A lot of people have written her off and that’s unfortunate because there’s really so much they could do with her character.
