hehhhh yeah when i tell people i have fibro and chronic fatigue is one of my symptoms they tend to say "oh so you must sleep like all the time!" ... "actually no i also have anxiety and mild insomnia so no not really not at all lmao"

i get even more tired always having to explain to people that “fatigued” does not mean “constantly sleeping” and instead just means “fucking exhausted” therefore “chronic fatigue” is not “the state of constantly sleeping” but “the state of being constantly fucking exhausted” whether sleep happens or not
